Francisco has 40 years of experience in the financial market in financial institutions, payment institutions and service companies. He has extensive experience in financial planning, controllership, business plans, accounting (US, GAAP, IFRS, BR GAAP), Securities Portfolio administrator authorized by CVM. Graduated in Economics (Unicamp) and postgraduate in Capital Markets, Controllership and Accounting (USP, FECAP and PUC).

Luiz Fernando Bispo

Graduated in Accounting Sciences (FMU) and postgraduate in Controllership (FECAP). He has 35 years of experience in the financial market in financial institutions, credit card companies and service companies and in analysis, with extensive experience in financial planning, controllership, business plans, Accounting (IFRS, BR GAAP), tax administration, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, cost control and results analysis.

Felipe Braz

Graduated in Accounting with CNAI QTG and BCB certifications. Currently studying MBA in Finance and Controllership at USP. With more than 10 years of experience, he has experience in the areas of accounting, personnel department, external audit, and accounting consulting. During his career, he has performed external audit work in large companies, with reports abroad. In addition, he participated in several consulting projects in publicly traded companies, assisting in the implementation of several pronouncements issued by the CPC.

Bachelor of Accounting with active CRC, working in the area of accounting and tax outsourcing for 15 years. During his career, he worked in accounting and tax services for companies in various segments, monitoring the financial and accounting implementation of large ERPs, such as Protheus and Matera. It has been operating in the segment of institutions regulated by BACEN for 5 years, mapping accounting and financial processes and flows of various Payment Institutions of various modalities.

Bachelor of Accounting with specialization in Tax Law from IBET – Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies, has more than 12 years of experience in the business tax area.
